Roasted Pumpkin SeedsThings You'll Need for Roasted Pumpkin seeds

  • Pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tsp. melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees
  2. Place pumpkin seeds in a strainer and clean off excess pumpkin. It is not necessary to get all of the stringy stuff off, it will cook off.
  3. Place melted butter and garlic powder in a bowl. Add raw pumpkin seeds and toss.
  4. Place pumpkin seeds on a cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 45 mintues, stir every 15 minutes until brown.
  6. After removing out of the oven toss warm seeds with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Enjoy your fresh toasted pumpkin seeds!
